Hey you! Looking for your dream custom set? Well you're in the right place. In this form you will be able to submit your nail art inspiration. Please consider if you want your set created exactly as the inspiration provided, or if you'd like to change the color, shape, or length. We will work with you to confirm all the necessary details. After submitting this form, our team will reach out within 72 hours to confirm the price and delivery date. Please keep in mind that these are all handmade custom sets and you should place your orders at least 10 days ahead of the date needed.

Here is where you can let us know if you want to add any colors, nail charms, designs, etc to your set that in not shown in the inspiration photos you provided. Please be as detailed as possible!

After submitting your form, you will receive a receipt via email confirming your design request, the total price breakdown, an expected shipping date, and a pay link.
